Powder Brows give the appearance of a soft, natural, more “filled in” look. Not necessarily a solid filled brow. Powder Brows can vary in degrees of saturation. This permanent makeup procedure implants pigment to resemble the powdery or shaded look of makeup. Powder Brows are appropriate for most skin types. Some contraindications may apply. Consult with your tattoo artist to find out if powder brows are right for you.
